Payment Options
Let customers scan, cart, pay — and auto-generate invoices
- •Configure your UPI payment details in Settings > Self-Billing
- •Customers see a QR code and/or payment link
- •A 5-minute countdown timer is shown
- •Payment is verified automatically via your payment provider
- •Invoice is generated immediately upon confirmation
Option 1: Online Payment (UPI)
- •If no payment provider is configured, this is the default
- •A secure PIN is displayed on your device in the Manual Verification dashboard tab
- •The PIN rotates automatically every 15 seconds
- •You share the PIN verbally with the customer
- •Customer enters it on their phone to confirm the order
- •Invoice is generated immediately after valid PIN entry
Option 2: Manual PIN Verification
- •The PIN is never stored — it's generated in real-time
- •Auto-rotation every 15 seconds prevents reuse
- •You can manually refresh the PIN anytime
- •The PIN is only visible to you on your device
Security of Manual PIN:
- •Invoice is auto-created using the Retail Commerce template
- •Customer receives the invoice via email and/or WhatsApp
- •Inventory stock is automatically decremented
- •Customer details are saved to your Buyers list
