*How It Works:* 1. Open any invoice from your Invoices page 2. Click the green WhatsApp button on the invoice detail page 3. If the buyer has a phone number saved, WhatsApp opens with that contact pre-selected 4. If no phone number is saved, WhatsApp opens and lets you pick any contact yourself 5. The message is pre-filled with all invoice details — just hit Send

*What Your Customer Receives:*

• •A professional, formatted message from your WhatsApp number containing:
• • - Your business name and a greeting (personalized if buyer name is saved)
• • - Invoice number and total amount (formatted in the correct currency)
• • - Due date (if set on the invoice)

Auto-Send Feature:

Manual Send:
