Activity Timeline
View, filter, and send invoices
Track every action on your invoices with a full audit trail.
Every invoice in Rasid has an Activity Timeline that records each significant event — from creation to payment. You'll find it on the Invoice Detail Page, between Payment Reminders and Invoice Verification.
How to Access: 1. Navigate to Invoices in the sidebar 2. Click on any invoice to open its detail page 3. Scroll down past the invoice preview and payment reminders 4. The Activity Timeline card shows all recorded events
- •Invoice Created — When and how the invoice was created (manual or OCR digitized)
- •Invoice Sent — Delivery via Email or WhatsApp, including recipient
- •Status Changed — Any status update (Draft → Pending → Paid, etc.)
- •QR Verified — When someone scans the QR code to verify authenticity
- •PDF Downloaded — When the invoice PDF is downloaded
- •Reminder Sent — Payment reminder delivery with channel and recipient
Events Tracked:
- •Color-coded icons for each event type for quick scanning
- •Actor badges show who performed the action (You, Customer, System, or Visitor)
- •Relative timestamps (e.g., "5m ago", "2d ago") with full date on hover
- •Expandable list — shows the 5 most recent events, with option to view all
- •Refresh button to load the latest activity
Timeline Features:
- •Only the invoice owner (seller) can view the full activity timeline
- •Verification events include anonymized visitor info (IP, browser)
- •All timestamps are shown in your local timezone

- Check the timeline to confirm invoices were successfully delivered
- Status change history helps with payment dispute resolution
- Click the refresh icon to see the latest activity in real-time
