How to get help: 1. Click the floating purple chat bubble in the bottom right corner of any dashboard page. 2. Select a quick-reply template for common issues, or type your custom message. 3. Hit send! Our team will be notified instantly.

    Response Times:

  • Replies typically arrive within a few hours.
  • If you close the widget, a red badge will appear on the icon when a new reply arrives.
  • Open the widget anytime to continue the conversation.

Pro Tips

  • You do not need to stay on the page; you can close the chat and check back later.
  • The red notification badge on the chat icon means you have an unread message.
