How Verification Works
Verify invoice authenticity and security
Every invoice in Rasid is cryptographically signed for authenticity verification.
- •Verification Hash: Unique 12-character code for each invoice
- •Cryptographic Signature: Prevents tampering
- •Public Verification: Anyone can verify without login
- •Activity Logging: Every verification attempt is recorded in the invoice's Activity Timeline
Security Features:
- •Invoice number
- •Total amount
- •Issue date
- •Seller information
- •Data integrity (tamper detection)
What Gets Verified:
Verification & Activity Timeline: When someone scans the QR code or visits the verification link, the event is automatically recorded in the invoice's Activity Timeline. You can see who verified, when, and whether the check passed or failed — all from the invoice detail page.
Pro Tips
- Share verification links with customers for transparency
