Inviting Team Members

Manage team members, roles, and access permissions

Sending Invitations: 1. Navigate to Settings > Team Members 2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite 3. Click "Invite Member" 4. The system will send an invitation email to their inbox

    Joining Responsibilities:

  • New Users: Will be guided to create an account and then immediately added to your team
  • Existing Users: Will see the new business in their dashboard immediately
  • Onboarding: Invited members skip the business creation onboarding step

    Status Tracking:

  • PENDING: Invitation sent but not yet accepted
  • ACCEPTED: Member has logged in and accessed the dashboard

Pro Tips

  • Double-check email addresses before sending invitations
  • Members receive an email notification with a direct login link
