Inviting Team Members
Manage team members, roles, and access permissions
Sending Invitations: 1. Navigate to Settings > Team Members 2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite 3. Click "Invite Member" 4. The system will send an invitation email to their inbox
- •New Users: Will be guided to create an account and then immediately added to your team
- •Existing Users: Will see the new business in their dashboard immediately
- •Onboarding: Invited members skip the business creation onboarding step
Joining Responsibilities:
- •PENDING: Invitation sent but not yet accepted
- •ACCEPTED: Member has logged in and accessed the dashboard

- Double-check email addresses before sending invitations
- Members receive an email notification with a direct login link
