Customize your account and preferences
Configure how you want to receive payments from your customers. Setting Up Payment Methods: 1. Go to Settings > General 2. Scroll to "Payment Methods" 3. Click "Add Method" to add Bank Transfer, UPI, QR Code, or PayPal 4. Toggle the "Active" switch to enable a method
How it Works: - The active payment method is automatically included in your invoice emails and WhatsApp messages - When you mark an invoice as PENDING or SENT , the system attaches these payment details - This makes it easier for customers to pay you immediately
Note: Adding a payment method is optional.You can still create and send invoices without one, but adding it helps you get paid faster.
Pro Tips
- You can only have one active payment method at a time
- Payment details are shown on the invoice PDF and in the email/message body
